Header: Menu links overlapping logo, Footer:adding links

We are new to WP and are creating a site for our event. We are using the “Blocked” theme from Themeforest. https://www.gwbicyclerally.com/tryone/

Header issue: Currently, the menu links across the top of the page are on top of our logo. How do we move them so they appear below the logo? Someone told us we need plugins…. If so, which ones?

Footer issue: We want to have picture links to our sponsors across the bottom of the page. So far, it appears we can only put in one picture and it’s not a link and it doesn’t appear to stay within in the footer. How do we add multiple pictures in the footer that can be clicked on to go to our sponsor sites?
