Header menu is not showing in mobile devices

Hello, this is my first comment/question in this forum and I hope I am posting it in the right place. I searched for answers to my problem in different areas/topics of the forums and couldnt find a solution for me.
This is the situation :

Wordpress and plugins version are all up to date, the most recent updated version for all.

I am a newbie starting to create a website in wordpress for my magazine, everything was working fine until I made some mistakes and I found two problems after that :
1. PC’s are showing the website the way should be, but the header menu is not showing in tablets neither in cell phones. I can see the icon for the menu (the 3 horizontal bars on the left side of the screen), the menu icon change color when I hoover on it, but nothing happens when I click on it.
2. I have some blank pages waiting for me to add content, those pages were displayed empty with the top blue bar for the header menu and the bottom blue bar for the footer menu. Not anymore. Those two blue bars (top and bottom) are together in the top (????).

I have a decent “guess” about what happened. I downloaded two plugins : “Hide Singular Title” and “WP Autoloader” and both of them were way too old and not supported by the latest version of wordpress. When I uninstalled them, that was when the problem started.

You might be asking, why I should need those two plugins if with Beaver Page Builder I will have hidden titles plus tons of features to build a nice page?, the answer to that is because I am not using Beaver Page Builder in all my pages. Seems like qTranslate-X (I want to have a two languages site) plugin is not compatible with Beaver Page Builder, so I am planning to use some pages developed with the regular wordpress editor that allows me to display content in two languages (English and Spanish).

I was confident in experimenting a little recklessly because I have a backup (UpdraftPlus BackUp Restore) and I thought that if something goes bad I can restore my last backup and everything will be the same …………… BUT NO. That didn’t happened. After the restore process the problem still the same. I also tried deleting the Tesseract theme and loading it again, deleted Tesseract folder from cpanel and copied and pasted a clean version of Tesseract ……. Nothing happens, problem still the same, I have erased cache ….. same thing ……

So, I ran out of possibilities on my side. I am not a tech savvy person so I don’t even try mess with coding ……… unless someone guide me on what I need to do. I really appreciate a helping hand.
