Header Menu disappears in tablet or phone view

  • A few versions ago, I could see the header menu on my phone. Now the menu is only visible on the desktop site. Is this a limitation of the Andorra theme or a WordPress issue? I also can’t get a sidebar menu to show up (found some instructions for that under another “no menu” forum post).
    I did change from the “Online Marketer” theme to “Andorra” a while back, but I’m not sure when the mobile menu disappeared.
