Header menu breaking – Flashes yellow when clicking

Hi i’m using Bixol theme. I’m having a slight issue when clicking on the header tabs for eg “areas we serve”.. If i click it every now and then the menu is slightly broken and flashes a yellow colour when loading.

Does someone know how to help fix this issue?
