header menu and log stick on top container for tablet and mobile view

Astra theme version is 4.6.3.

Header, menu and logo are working fine for desktop view but for tablet and mobile view, it’s appearing over the topmost container Please check the screenshot of issue https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nAur5Y3e-3Bf_mVSSE7s1U9jRKcOaisG/view?usp=sharing

I tried to downgrade the version 4.0.1 but still issue was there.

Please suggest some solution as I have been struggling with it since last 2 days and feeling mentally exhausted. Any help will be much appreciated.
