Header Margin

Hi,

How do I put margin on the menu by default? All my page content seem to overlap with the menu.

I’m using transparent menu. I’m using Elementor page builder and gave all the top element a 100 margin to avoid the overlapping. Wondering if there’s a way to make things easier.

I tried customizing the header by giving it a padding of 100 for top side, but doesn’t seem to work.
