Header logo not updating, Except when Phlox Core Elements is OFF

  • I changed the logo icons in Customize/Site Identity, but Phlox logo does not change on home page. THE ONLY TIME THE NEW LOGO APPEARS is when I turn off “Phlox Core Elements” plug-in, but Phlox logo comes back as soon as I reactivate the plug-in.
