Header logo is not displaying like before after last update

    Hello,

    I use an tag into the following field:
    “Logo – Add text to your mail header. Used for alt text when Image it’s used”

    Here is the tag added (the name of image has been replaced here)

    “< img src=”https://MYLOGO.png&#8221; alt=”” width=”240″ height=”60″ border=”0″ />”

    Before the update all worked perfectly and now I have the logo still displaying but with the two following chars ( “> ) at left of it !!!

    Why,

    How Can I resolve this?

  • You can’t add images in there. You need to use the upload image field for that.
    The text field it’s only for the alt=”” attribute of the uploaded image or for adding text when you don’t upload any image.

    Yes but before I used that way, because putting a link for a image is better than embedding the image into the email, right?

    After test, as I said, outlook doesn’t display the associated image with your new method…

    I think allowing user to paste their own code with a direct link to the image is better…

    It’s the same thing. You are adding a which is the same thing that it’s generated when you upload the image.

    Yes sorry, but I forgot to specify one thing.

    In order the image be displayed properly into outlook, they have to be served from a HTTP source only.

    My wordpress website is under a HTTPS and so outlook do not like HTTPS url and block the image…

    Only work with providing a HTTP url link.

    So please could you at least provide a field for user to customize the image link?

    Could you please let me know how I can handle the plugin in order that I can specify a custom URL for the header image ??

    I read your doc and I used a filter to change the http source…
    And it works…

    Let me know if you add a manual field to change this.
