Header Logo image missing on sub pages?

Can anyone help me figure out why the Main logo as seen nt he front page is no longer being displayed on sub pages for this site:

Front Page W/logo

Sub Page wo/Logo
https://urbanfoxmedia.ca/testbed/SSKofficial/the-shieldstar-knights/

The EXACT same code i in both but for some reason the sub page is not displaying r positioning the image for the logo.

The Code is thus:

It is the same on all pages , the front page renders it fine the sub pages do not… can’t figure out why for the life of me.
