I have had this problem since I installed the plugin. My previous post was closed and I need to ask again how to solve the header image missing. I always have the alt text and no image. Can it be something at server level?

    Hi.
Do you are testing it in the localhost? in localhost it doesnt work but in an external url yes.

I’m not testing it, I have been using it on live sites. The image is from the media-library. Is that what you mean? That I need to put the image in a folder and not pulling it from the media-library?

    Hi.
Do you can take a screenshot about the URL logo in your email? and what is the URL real of your logo?

    Hi.
Im testing it and the logo arrives good to the email:
    https://prnt.sc/myegl7

Can you send us a screenshot like the one I sent you in that url? you must point to the logo to know which is the URL that arrives to the email.

    Regards

    you mean something like this?
Maybe the problem is in my server, because I don’t understand why all my sites are having the same problem. You can also see that this time, as I opened the email, the image was visible.
    Weird

Well.. Gmail blocks the external images always, maybe it be the reason.

    Regards

I have the same issue. i contacted hosting support and they say it has to do with the plugin’s code

Please make sure to change the settings of the email the way as they are there:

    <img src="https://static.mydomain.com/images/logo.png"; alt="Logo" title="Logo" style="display:block" width="200" height="87" />

But make sure to update the details of your logo and domain name.

You can also check this link: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21437916/html-image-not-showing-in-gmail

So can someone provide a solution on how to ensure gmail does not block the header image?
