Header load issues (2 Seconds with other formatting)

Im using elementor Pro, GP, and Astra themes – when the header loads it shows colored blocks where logo and nav menu is for a few seconds, sometimes not adopting the styled font as well, this is huge concern over what people see when they first visit site – I have seen this thread here before but cant find it. Please get back with us on a solution asap please.
