When I add this line of code:
<h2><span style=”color: #ff0000;”>Please note: this meeting is now fully subscribed</span></h2>

    I get:
Please note: this meeting is now fully subscribed”/>
Inserted at the top of the screen in a silver bar

This does not happen when I create a page so I am guessing it is something to do with your template

I think it is the span statement that is causing the problem

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Have a look here
At the top of the screen, above the picture

    Thanks @andrewleonard

Can you tell me exactly where you added this code?

    Thanks
    Courtney ??

This is the code I added
It is the first line of the edit area underneath the title
<h2><span style=”color: #ff0000;”>Please note: this meeting is now fully subscribed</span></h2>

It only seems to happen with the <h> tag
If I change it to the <p> tag it is OK
    I wanted larger text
Could it be my child theme CSS?

    Hi @andrewleonard,

Thanks for following up! This code appears to have been added to your theme’s code or in another plugin, as it is being displayed outside of the area where The Events Calendar content is rendered. I’d suggest reaching out to your theme’s developer for more information on how to add this bit of code to your site. ??

Thanks again for reaching out, and best of luck getting things resolved here!
