header issue with elementor pro

The issue is, that when i scroll down sticky menu is there, shrinks as it should, but when i scroll back to the top, the menu dissapears. I set z index to 10, than to 100 on the menu section, but it seems the first section of the page overlays it. I also tried to set this first section (on the page) to set to 1, but it’s still not working. Could it be, there is some script on in the theme which overrides the elementor set up?
