Header issue in site preview

    Hi. I have a question about my header. I can customize the background colour in the customizer. But when I go to the page builder and preview my site, the changes I’ve made don’t show up. Any help is appreciated! (I’ve tried to copy screenshots into here but they won’t load, sorry!).

    We would need to have a closer look at it before guiding you with the solution. In case the screenshots are not working, you can also create a screencast with Droplr or a similar tool and then paste its URL here.

    For sure! Here are the links for the screenshots. The first one is for the header when I’m in the customizer. It is the correct color and there is a “book now” button.

    I have tried to clear my browser cache and my WordPress cache (clicked “purge all” under caching) hoping that this would make a difference. But no luck.

    Hi @kristinaisaacnutrition,

    Thank you for sharing the details! Could you please try accessing the site by adding “/?no-cache” at the end of the URL, like this: example.com/?no-cache? Also, make sure to check it on the incognito tab.

    If the issue persists, I would suggest you kindly open a ticket from our Support Portal so that we can have a closer look.

    I should have clarified at the beginning that I have the free version of Astra – is customizing the header even an option? And is opening a support ticket an option with the free version (I can’t seem to find a place to do that)?
