Header isn’t showing on pages after update

After I updated wordpress to 2.6 all the pages except the index page the header doesn’t display anymore. If I look at the code view of the page in my browser the code is there, it just won’t display. I have never had this problem after updating before. Any help would be appreciated…thank you. The web link to the site is: southfloridaadventures.com
