Header is scrunched – help!

Hello,

For whatever reason, my header has suddenly changed. It’s a long title for my business (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction of the Shenandoah Valley), I know! But… I’d like the first of the two lines of my header to say “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction,” and the second to be “of the Shenandoah Valley.”

So:
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
of the Shenandoah Valley

It used to be this way.

Now, the first line says “Mindfulness-Based Stress”
SO not what I’m advertising. ??

Can someone help me? I’d just like to lengthen it so Reduction shows up on the first line. I’ve tried for hours to google, find an answer, and can’t seem to find one. I would be very grateful!
