Header is Missing

Hello,
we would like to use your plugin as an FAQ and might wanna buy the premium add ons. For the Setup I’ve created a small test case on our page. If I open an article from the FAQ, the article gets showen but the “Header” is gone. Is there a way to create a template for the articles ?

Try switching between the KB template and the theme template. You can see how in this article: https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/documentation/choosing-templates-articles/
