First of all I would like to thank you for such an awesome plugin that’s easy to use and has the option to have the table of contents right after the first paragraph (would also be nice if it can be specifically set after which paragraph).

Tried searching the forums and it seems no one else has encountered my predicament yet. I’m using my theme’s sticky header and when I click an item on the table of contents, it scrolls down to the section but the title itself goes behind the sticky header (see here by clicking “The Cape” on the table of contents and see the title disappear behind the sticky header).

I think it’d be nice if the scroll could stop at the title (in this case “The Cape”) being under the sticky header and not behind it.

    Cheers!
