Header image worked but is now gone

    I want to have header image on my blog. I’m using Black-LetterHead 1.3 and I can easily activate the image header in the theme option.

    But the problem is that it did work for a few minutes but now the header image is gone. I did only upload the image file to the images folder for the theme but didn’t touch any other file.
