Header Image with non-fixed height

  • I’ve added the custom header image feature to my theme but it seems that wordpress requires that a height value be set. I want to have a set width but I also want to be able to upload a taller/shorter header image if need be.

    The header image upload dialogue seems to break if there is no height value set.

    Does anyone know how to do this?
