Header image url link

Hi guys – any tips on how to insert a url link for my header image. Here’s my site: daniel-tierney.net (the image I’m referring to this the banner of the park). Right now, when you click on the header image, it takes you back to the front page of my site. Instead, I’d like the image to link to an external url, while I’d like my name at the top (“Daniel Tierney”) to continue to link to daniel-tierney.net (as it already does).
