Header Image Too Large in IE
-
My header image appears as intended on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. However on IE it appears much too large and is partially cut-off at the bottom as well as on each side. I checked it on various browsers at my local library after being alerted to the issue by a friend. Only IE was an issue. Unfortunately I didn’t note the version of IE. I had other friends/family check for me as well – all who had IE had the same problem viewing.
It’s a 2000×1200 px image as recommended. Not a coder or web developer – have discovered CSS and can copy / paste CSS into Additional CSS section of Customize menus if there’s a fix going that route. There was a similar thread that is now closed and indicated as resolved. However the only resolution appeared to be that IE was behind in updating to latest standards…. Is there something I missed? or some workaround? Would like to have consistent look across all browsers. Thanks…
