Header Image Text

Hi, Does anyone know how to change the actual font color and size on the header image text. It is only giving me the option for text overlay but changes the box color only and opacity – no option to change text font, color or size as shown on the example site. I am using the full pro version, paid for the upgrade and downloaded it. Much appreciate any help at all.
