Header image – size of image

  • Hi,

    I really like the F2 layout. It is nice and clear!
    I have an issue though. I need to figure out what size I shall make my image too (widthxheight and resolution) to make it look perfect in the Header Image section.

    Anyone got a clue? ??

    The width depends on the number of sidebars you use, and the width of the sidebar(s). For example, if you use two wide sidebars, the maximum width of the image will be 1410px, if you don’t use any sidebar it will be 690px, and in-between values for other settings. And if you want to count in retina displays, the width has to be 2x that. The height can be anything. Just experiment and see what works for you.

    Hi,

    I have also used WordPress Mobile Pack, but I don’t think the theme is as good as the Jetpack mobile theme (which is very touch friendly, especially the menus)

    So I really need a way to modify the Jetpack theme to suit my needs.
