Header Image repeating after Menu

I am using the Evolve Theme on my WordPress site. The Home page shows correctly. The issue is when going to any other page such as the About page, the header image shows at the top, then the menu, then the header image again. I just went through and updated WP, themes, plugins, etc. to see if that would fix it but it did not. Any help?
