    Hello,

First of all, congrats and thanks for the plugin, I’ve been testing it and it’s awesome. But I couldn’t find a way to get Gmail to show my website’s logo on the header, only an image placeholder is displayed. Do you know of any workaround for this?

I found this link . But I’m not sure where to do this

Including the scheme in the src url (using “//” does not work – use full scheme EG: “https://”)
    Including width and height attributes
    Including style=”display:block” attribute
Including both alt and title attributes

    Thanks in advance

  • Sorry for the late reply. We did about 1000 tests during the last week and we are still not sure about when the problem happens and when it doesn’t…
Du you use a SMTP delivery plugin for your emails? This could reduce your spam score and maybe increase your chances your header is displayed.
    best regards, Hannes

    Thanks for replying.

Yes, I tried with WP Mail SMTP and Sendinblue. The messages are delivered to the inbox as expected, not marked as spam, but always without the logo.

I want to try something suggested in the link I posted before, but I’m a noob. Would you mind telling me where I could do the following:

So I solved this issue by hosting my images in google drive and using its url as source for my images.

    Example: with: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=FILEID’>

Where exactly would one go to edit the email and add the Google Drive link?

    Hello chekurtz,

just add the link in the header field. You can also use a “Google Fotos” link, it works better.
