Header Image on Blog page

Hi Guys,

The header image cannot be displayed on Blog page. On every page works more or less correctly (but sometimes needs refreshing the page to be shown), but on the Blog page only it’s place can be displayed. The settings in the dashboard seem good for this future. If I change the page defined for posts, the header image cannot be displayed on the chosen page.

Have anybody met this problem?
