I’m having an issue where my header image won’t show up on mobile. The theme is Divi (I know it’s a premium theme, but the theme support is SO slow).

It shows on the desktop version, and it actually shows up when I do inspect and then show the mobile version. But when I actually look on my iPhone, there is no header image. Also, it’s only for this page:

    buildprocon.com/projects

Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks!

It’s working fine on my iPhone (5c) in both portrait and landscape orientations, I’m using the Firefox browser.

Interesting…maybe it’s a browser issue then, cause I’m using Safari on my phone. Thank you for pointing that out. It doesn’t work in Chrome on mobile either.

@coltenv: I can confirm that your header image isn’t showing up in Safari on iPhone 7 Plus.

Man, this is so weird. I can’t use inspect either because it shows that it recognizes the background image. So it must just be a mobile browser issue.

Interestingly, testing on Safari browser on my 5c, your header image is showing correctly.

@themesumo: Are you sure that you’re referring to the header image and not to the PROCON company logo?

Yes, the large image with the wooden house under construction?

Yeah, it’s a large opaque header image with a house under construction. It shows as a hero image on desktop.

Turns out it was a dumb mistake: the image I had uploaded was pretty large and it was affecting it. I should have caught it. Thanks for the help everyone.

I am having this same issue. I used the dimensions specified on the site before uploading. It still doesn’t show. Also using iphone 7plus

My issue was I had too large of an image. What dimensions are you using?
