Header Image not showing on Mobile Device

  • Hi, love the theme and it works great on my macbook.
    Problem is, the header image is just black on my iPad and iPhone.
    It’s set as the advised resolution but just completely black, has anyone seen this before?

    Hi Poonam unfortunately I haven’t been able to resolve this and the featured image still doesn’t show correctly on iOS.

    Thanks Poonam, was that on an iOS device? I’m not sure how to send a screenshot via the forum. The screen effectively has a black header which I think is the orginal image but extremely zoomed in so it appears to be black.
