Header image not showing

    I was adding a woo-commerce store to my website and then I notice my header image was not loading on any of my pages. I deactivated all woo-commerce plugins and still no header images. my WordPress theme runs on Genesis.

    I have already updated my WordPress to the recent update (5.7)
