Header image not saving

  • I’m using WP 3.5.1 & I’ve tried a few themes (WP Twenty Eleven & Twenty Twelve, plus Enough. I have configured header images to the exact dimensions they each call for, but none are showing. After I hit “upload”, the page usually goes completely blank; a few times, it uploads, but when I “save changes”, it disappears.

    The images are in my cPanel under Public_html/Uploads/2013/05

    As I’m still getting this site up (for a friend), it’s not public so I can’t actually show you anything.

    I see lots of people have had similar problems, but I don’t see how to fix it. Ideas?
