• Hi,

My header image is not responsive at all – the image is not being shrunk to fit the device instead its being cut off and can’t see most of the it.

The various images I’ve tried are all the recommended size and haven’t done any editing the backend of the site at all.

The site is under development so can’t send you to link to view.

    Please help!

I’m going to have to change the theme as its a tourism site I’m working on and its very important that the images are responsive – I’ve already had to use a plug in for the navigation menu as it was not reponsive either!!

    Help!!

I’ve deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them one at a time – they’re not causing the issue.

There’s a post on here by @geekgoddess where they have exactly the same issue I’m having..how was that resolved?

I didn’t fully resolve it, I chose a picture that still looked correct if the sides were cut on mobile. ?? Maybe see what’s being cut off on mobile and use that as your “safe zone” when creating the images? Hope you find a way to make it work. The rest of the theme I really like working with.
