Header image no longer showing

There was a bug on my site that required some tweaks which required more fixing than I would hope. Part of the result is that the header image is no longer showing up on my site. I’ve already clicked “Hide the Demo Banner” and added <img src=”https://www.lifesystemorganizer.com/wp-content/uploads/lifesystemorganizer.png&#8221; alt=”time management for women entrepreneurs” /> to the Banner Wide widget but it still isn’t showing up. ??

Any ideas?
