• I have put an header image on my website and adjusted the code to get the header image online

    but the image looks really weird, it looks like it has problems wih the dimensions of the image. (760 x 131)

    i also changed the css code in these dimensions but still the same problem
    what should i do?

  • I see the original background image is showing underneath – perhaps you could actually replace ‘kubrickheader.jpg’ with your image.

    Seems strange that your image is wider than it should be, as both the original and yours seem to be 760px wide. How about posting your CSS as well?

    i fixed some stuff in the code
    but it is still too wide

    chris

    https://www.appleblog.nl

    In your inline styles you need to remove “padding: 1px;” from #header –

    #header { margin: 0 !important; margin: 0 0 0 1px; padding: 1px; height: 131px; width: 760px; }

    And your need to add the border to your header image so it will line up with your background images. As I did here – https://jkc-grafix.com/personalheader.jpg
