Header Image Does NOT Work

  • Hi,

    I add a header image, but it does not show up in my header. From Dashboard I hover over Appearance and then click on Header.
    I then add a new image from the media library, crop it, save it, and publish my changes. However, the header does not update. I have cleared my cache as well and it still doesn’t help:
    Please help as I need to put an image into my header.

    Hi There,

    Please update your theme to latest version and then go to Appearance > Header
    Set the header image, that will bring image on the background of the main header.

    How do I update to the latest theme version? I don’t have an update button next to my theme when I got to Appearances -> Themes.

    I have one active theme: 47Street Child. Next to it are two buttons “Customize” and “Download ZIP” I don’t see a button that lets me update my theme to the latest version.

    Hi, 8 degree Themes,

    I’m not 100% sure if we are using the premium version or not. My business partner and I started the website 2.5 years ago. Both of us are pretty certain that we had the premium version, but when we tried both our emails at https://8degreethemes.com/support/ it says that those emails aren’t found. Is there a way for you to check and tell us whether we have the premium version of the theme based on our website? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Based on the the theme we have “47Street Child” I am pretty sure that we are premium. But literally none of our emails work on the support page. We have tried “resetting” password and have tried over 10 emails and all of them say “Invalid username or email.” We are definitely registered with one of the emails we are trying and none of them seem to work! Please help
