Header Image Disappearing From site

I’m a paid user of this theme, but for some reason the support ticket isn’t working for me.

I’ve been using Mesmerize on this site for years, but recently the header logo image has stopped appearing (replaced with just text). I’ve disabled plugins to no avail. Can anyone help?
