Header image blured

  • Hi guys,

    I’m uploading a high-quality image into the header but it’s always looks out of focus, low quality.

  • Your image is too small (in pixels). So when it is being upscaled it becomes distorted (it’s kind of like you have space for 4 pixels but the image only 1 pixel, so software add extra 3 pixels predicted according some algorithms).

    When I asked, ages ago, what dimensions should be for the featured image, I didn’t get straight answer, so I had to experiment with my site (it has different layout). For yours – it looks like the height should be no less then 900px. Maybe developers will tell you more on the subject…
