You have a background-image: url(https://thesizingproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/cropped-blank-white.png); with a height of 350px which is causing the large white space issue.

If you don’t already have a Child_Themes or a custom.css you should install a plugin like Jetpack then add the following to the custom css area</p>

.bg-white .blog-logo img{
    max-height: 200px;
}

.header-image {
    max-height: 60px;
}

Adjust the 60px and 200px to suit your needs.
