Hi – I’ve been told by Listdom whose directory plugin I’m using that the fault lies with GP.

The homepage seems ok but when creating a post thru Listdom post section – which is separate to WP post section – I end up with a stretched header – see ss.
Been thru all layout options religiously but not happening. It’s under construction so not sure how I can share a link – thanks.

    Header height ss

I’ve installed a plugin now to remove title but it still remains stretched.

    Hi there,

It looks like you’re using our premium version, which we aren’t allowed to support here (it’s a www.remarpro.com forum rule).

What you’re seeing is a Header Element, which you can find in “Appearance > Elements”.

If you need more help with that specific feature, feel free to open a topic in our premium forums: https://generatepress.com/support

    Thanks! ??

Thanks. I posted here as you advised as I need to renew premium before I can post there. I’ve been into elements and i’m seeing -> (no title) , Home , Posts , Global .
I presume it’s “Posts”. But from there I can’t see an option to reduce header height. Any idea if possible? Thanks
Apologies for late reply, didn’t receive an update thru email I don’t think, box was ticked.

You’ll want to look at the padding options.

If you need more support with premium features, you’ll need to renew your license and post in our premium forums. We get in trouble if we support premium features here, as this forum is only for the free theme.

    Thanks! ??

Thanks Tom. Yes, I will renew shortly but can’t this month. I had tried padding but height only set at 100. In the ss it’s somewhat taller than that. I’ll persevere. Cheers.

I have a quickie though if poss: I submit posts thru listdom post section, “not” wp post section. Wouldn’t header height fall under their layout although I can customize their post section with gp so that probably makes no sense. Strange homepage doesn’t react the same. Essentially, HP reacts to me affecting padding thru customizing thru wp : layout -> header -> header padding, post does a fraction, it shifts up but not as it should.

I disabled “Global” in elements and it obliges. I didn’t create the global element. Was it set up to interpret people using a plugin that had its own post section in this case?
    Otherwise resolved.

    Hi there,

did you import a site from the Site Library ? If so the Element may have been part of the Site import.
