Header height and width adjustments

I am using twenty twenty two theme and created a header section in the page template which is selected for my home page. The header is taking up to much space and I’d like to reduce the margins and height whilst keeping it sticky. I have tried groups, containers, cols and rows but haven’t been able to resolve this.

I currently have a group (Set to sticky) containing two containers – the first container is for social media and second container is for site logo & navigation. There appears to be padding around both these containers which is wasting space. Also I tried setting .wp-site-blocks to zero padding in additional css section but did not have any effect.

Is there anyway around this? Hope you can help. Thanks in advance.
