Header forces a cropped image

  • Cropping has never worked on my install, but usually I can by pass. However the header selection in customize for this theme says ‘crop and select’ then cropping will give an error ( as usual) but no use anyway option. ( Seems to still do this even with a 275 x60 image)

    It’s one particular image that it doesn’t allow skipping for. That image is 3 kB
    325 × 81. I’m able to skip cropping for a image that’s 2 kB
    130 × 80.

    We would like to inform you that we tried various sizes of image both dimension wise and file size wise but could not find any error at our site.

    Could you send us a image/screenshot of the error you get?
