    Hello,
I have two questions. I have checked the threads and can’t find an exact answer to them, but apologies if I just haven’t been able to find the answer!
    1) Is it possible to give the list that automatically appears at the bottom of the page a title? I would like to give it the title ‘References’. It looks a little strange appearing with no header at the moment.

    2) I would like to add bibliography to the bottom of my page (in a text box) and for the references list to appear above this, rather than having the references appear at the very bottom below the bibliography. Is there a way to choose where this list appears with a shortcode?

    Many thanks.

    Hi there,

For number 1 you can set and turn on the title in the Easy Footnotes Settings under Settings > Easy Footnotes from your WordPress admin.

The Easy Footnotes Label field will let you switch the title to “References” and checking the Insert Easy Footnotes Label field will automatically insert it.

For number 2 that’s a bit more complicated. There isn’t currently a shortcode to insert the footnotes within the page. It’s automatically appended after the content. It is a feature that’s been requested before so it’s on the radar.

Thanks so much for your help with my queries, Jason ??

I found the label field in the settings section that you mentioned.
It’s a shame that you can’t use insert Easy Footnotes as a shortcode, yet, but it’s great to hear that it’s on your radar.

    Thanks, again!
