Header/Footer Missing on the main page, Present Else Also Logo also doubled

  • Hi,

    I am not sure when the issue came to be (at some point in the last week or so) but all of a sudden the main page no longer has the header and footer appearing. On top of this, if a user proceeds to “Shop”, every sub-page from there has the header/footer appearing as well as an additional gigantic logo. I have looked around but cannot even find where these two logos are coming from. At one point (until I found it in the header box), I had 3 logos (the third on top of the smaller header logo).

    Can someone please help? The same doubling issue is also present on mobile but there the two logos similarly sized.

    I have tried restoring the oldest revision possible from 3 weeks ago but the issue remains.

    I am running the latest version of Botiga on wordpress 6.1.1.

    Regarding missing the header/footer, I did an inspection in your website and according to your website source code you are with the page template “Botiga Canvas” enabled and that’s the reason. Note that the purpose of the “Botiga Canvas” template is not render the header/footer. Please try changing the template to the default: https://snipboard.io/ZfvbGJ.jpg

    Regarding the gigantic logo, the issue is that you are defining the logo as a background image from the header builder main row wrapper: https://snipboard.io/F47njc.jpg. To add a centered logo in the header you have to add the “Site Identity” component in the header builder: https://snipboard.io/tuRbGB.jpg

    Thank you for your assistance and the first issue solution absolutely worked. While the header image was a little large, the gigantic logo is this one… https://imgur.com/a/zzXP9ud

    Disregard my second post. I found the option under Header > Header Image once I’m located in the default template (as advised above). ??
