Header Footer Elementor Conflicts with Elementor

Issue: When Header Footer Elementor is activated, it prevents Elementor (and Elementor Pro) from creating new and editing existing templates. It works fine when adding new and existing posts and pages. Once de-activated, I can create new and edit existing templates.
