Header footer builder removes theme footer

    Hi Nikhil Chavan i got problem with h/footer builder.
    I use elementor elementor pro and h/footer builder.
    Problem is that i want to keep Astra theme footer true site.
    When enabling h/footer builder, my footer(astra) disapeared.
    On local everything is ok, got footer with h/footer and Astra footer.
    However uploading child theme etc won’t work. On server i coul’d get elementor loaded it stays loading. So i roll back elementor to 1.9.3 and now i can edit, but no footer, no header, if i will make header then elementor keeps loading and give error, sorry for bad english i must translate. It says the preview could not be loaded weré sorry etc etc. So now i can not do anything annymore.

    Points are:

    Want to use Astra theme (since there is no way to set a menu in footer with elementor pro, i don’t want hamburger icon in my footer when scaling to mobile)
    Want to use h/footer builder without error’s.

    I have tried switch theme, unload child etc etc..

    Little update :
    Elementor roll back
    turned off header footer builder
    put my logo in Astra customizer overriding max px , (this is not the way, because logo is big on screen now)
    When switch h/f builder on, my footer is gone.
    h/f footer builder won’t start giving the wait error.

    Please help

    Hello @perropura,

    Do you have any footer layouts created in Appearance -> Header Footer Builder?
    If yes, Can you disable those by selecting “Select Option” instead of Footer (screenshot)

    If you don’t have any footer layouts, Can you give me a link to your site so that I can check what exactly is going on there?

    Please I have an urgent concern. I am in production of a website and I use the demo of the theme astra that I mount with élementor pro. I have revisions of the menu of my multilingual site with astra, changed the tab of a page of my menu translated into French to put it in English and when I saved on elementor and made the update, the header and footer of my site have completely disappeared. Currently I am stuck, I am practically running out of time, I really need help, please. Thank you.

    Your issue is not related to the original question by the OP here, You should open a new issue.

    To answer your question, This seems like the translated version of the header/footer is not completely translated. Can you preview the individual header/footer layouts correctly when the language is switched from WPML?
