Ok, to change the font proprieties, please navigate to the Customiser -> Header -> Menu element -> Design tab and check out the font options, as shown here – https://ibb.co/FYwwfqR

Regarding the footer menu, please show me an exact example of what you’re trying to modify and I’ll try to point you in the right direction.

either the letters are all uppercase, or, as before, the first and second letters are uppercase. I want the first letter to be uppercase and the second lowercase. so it should not be About Us, but About us.

WOW for header we make it!

For the footer, as far as I can see you have created all paragraphs to be centred – https://ibb.co/xmRGWLJ. You will need to go into the Appearance -> Widgets pane and modify each of your footer widgets to be left aligned. That will automatically solve your issue.
