Header error

  • My site was working fine locally and then when I uploaded it to a host, it doesn’t open in a browser. The host help desk uncovered these errors (from error log):
    [15-Jun-2013 21:01:00] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home4/nickcucc/public_html/holyspirit2013/index.php:1) in /home4/nickcucc/public_html/holyspirit2013/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2741
    [15-Jun-2013 21:03:47] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home4/nickcucc/public_html/holyspirit2013/index.php:1) in /home4/nickcucc/public_html/holyspirit2013/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876

    I made modifications to the site using a child theme, but I can’t say I touched either of these files.
    Any ideas?
