    I don’t use IE anymore so I didn’t even notice, but apparently my header doesn’t show. I’ve set it up as a background image in the stylesheet.

    It shows great in Firefox.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Looking at your source html

    <div id="header">
          <a href="https://www.HomeOfficeEnvy.com/"<img src="https://homeofficeenvy.com/wp-content/themes/i3theme-1-2/logo.gif"></a>

    You forgot to close the a href, should be

    <a href="https://www.HomeOfficeEnvy.com/"><img src="https://homeofficeenvy.com/wp-content/themes/i3theme-1-2/logo.gif"></a>

    Also, in your CSS, all I see is a header: 200px

    Let me know if that helps, if not could you try and give me more info.
