    hello, when trying ti import listings, keep getting this error “Required header column “listing_title” missing”

    pls kindly assist on this, thanks in advance

    I’m sorry to hear that you ran into issues with this!

    This is a common error message and is typically due to something wrong with the data in the CSV file. You can check to be sure that your headings match exactly the labels in the plugin, and that your file is saved in a CSV UTF-8 format; that takes care of the problem 9 times out of ten. The other issue would be if you have fields that are required that don’t have any data in them — that can cause issues with the import.?

    If you’ve checked those things and are still having issues, could you please provide a few things for me?

    I will need a copy of the CSV file you are trying to import. I’ll also need a screenshot of your form fields page. You can find the form fields page by going to Directory > Directory Content > Form Fields.
