Header color on non-home pages is black, not displaying custom color.

Hi, I have used “customize” to set a custom color for the header text on my site. Unfortunately, the custom color doesn’t display on other pages other than the static home page. On the static home page, the color is pale sand, on all other pages, it’s black. The subtitle, though, displays in the custom color on all pages.

How can I fix this? My background is dark blue, so on all pages other than the home page, the title is almost invisible.
